On which platforms can I use the recordings?
Our image and video recordings are generally suitable for all platforms. We optimize them according to the requirements of the selected platforms to achieve maximum reach. We are happy to discuss which platforms could most effectively support your goals.
When will I receive the photos and video recordings after filming?
We strive to deliver the recordings as quickly as possible. Initial photos will be available within 24 hours, and video recordings will be available within 48 hours. Exceptions are generally made.

What do we need from you?
To ensure your finished photos and videos have a professional look, it's crucial that we incorporate your company's corporate identity (CI) into the footage. To do this, we may need your company's text, numbers, graphics, and logos. Typically, the marketing or advertising department has these materials in a compact format.
We prefer to use EPS files or high-resolution JPGs for integration. During the production process, companies are actively asked for these materials to ensure they are incorporated into the film in accordance with the CI.
Welche Musik darf in meinen Videoaufnahmen verwendet werden?
Für die musikalische Untermalung Ihrer Videos verwenden wir in der Regel lizenzfreie Musik von Plattformen wie Artlist.
Wenn Sie spezielle Songs oder aktuelle Trends wünschen, entscheiden Sie selbst über die Musik. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Verantwortung für die Rechte Dritter liegt beim Kunden.
